About The

CCFR Women's Program

Welcome to the CCFR Women’s Program. With an experienced female executive team and a growing group of skilled volunteers, we fundraise, coordinate, sponsor, and provide hands-on support for women’s range days and hunting events across Canada. Our mandate is to provide education, a safe introduction to firearms, and promote inclusive opportunities for women to participate and mentor other women in the shooting and hunting community.

Event Sponsorship

The CCFR Women’s Program supports women’s range days and other special events by providing a sponsorship package to ranges requesting collaboration. When possible, we will also provide Field Officers to attend the event or certified women Range Safety Officers to provide that direct mentoring right on the line. If you are leading a plan for such an event at your range and you’d like to inquire about sponsorship for your dates, email us at info@ccf.ca or anna.macintosh@ccfr.ca for more information.

The CCFR Gunnie Girl Calendar

We’re proud to be a self-funded program based on the success of our CCFR Gunnie Girl calendar – thank you all for making this possible! The calendar is our main project which generates the funding to sponsor women’s range days across Canada. The best part is that it features a fantastic series of women each year who make up our own shooting community!
